Course


Spring 2017

 

Gaming Technology:

Studio course that focuses on creating video games. We'll cover programing withing gaming engines such as unity 3d, as well as proper recording of music and sound effects within the context of video game production. along with game engine's such as unity, we'll also cover audio middleware such as wwise, and fmod.

Time: Mondays from 6:00-8:40pm

Motion Graphics:

focuses on visual effects including titles, preparing clips for a video editor, and generating computer based animation.

Time: Wednesdays from 6:00 - 8:40pm

Light

examine lighting requirements for digital media, exploring lighting design and techniques in the context of video production.

Time: Tuesdays from 6:00-8:40pm

Foley and Sound Design:

explore adding sound created by actors and audio engineers to picture, focusing on the use of both traditional techniques and current digital audio workstation software.

Time: Wednesdays from 6:00-8:40pm

Sound Manipulation

Prerequisite: Listen & Capture. Studio course that focuses on the live audio recording process, covering sound design, foley techniques, and use and maintenance of relevant sound equipment.
